R upgrade

We have upgraded from R 4.5.0 to 4.6.0.

If you have packages installed locally in your home directory, you’ll need to re-install those packages. You’ll still be able to access R 4.5.0 via module load R/4.5.0. This will generally have the package versions currently available on the SCF for R 4.5.0 and should seamlessly use any R 4.5 packages you currently have installed yourself in your home directory as well. (Behind the scenes this uses a Docker container.)
